Equipped with a 2″ pitch chain boasting a remarkable 50,000 lbs breaking strain, our trencher ensures superior performance and durability. Trenching widths can be easily adjusted, ranging from 150mm to 350mm in 50mm increments, allowing for precise and customized trenching.

We provide a comprehensive package with every trencher, including essential components such as a crumber, twin clearing augers, quick attach frame, and hydraulic breakaway couplings. These features enhance the efficiency and convenience of your trenching operations.

For your specific needs, our trencher offers two digging depth options: 900mm and 1200mm. Choose the depth that suits your project requirements, and our trencher will deliver excellent results.

Powering the trencher is a robust and high-quality motor. This motor, coupled with a drive shaft and drive sprocket, ensures reduced wear on critical parts like gearboxes. With no ongoing service required (thanks to hydraulic oil lubrication), our trencher delivers high start-up torque for optimal performance.

To maximize longevity, all crucial components such as the nose sprocket, idler sprocket, and auger clearing sprocket bearings are triple sealed. We prioritize durability, and our sprockets are manufactured from 360-grade wear plate to extend their service life.

Flexibility is a key aspect of our trencher’s design. It can be conveniently offset to one side, typically the left, enabling trenching close to walls and fences. This feature allows you to tackle challenging terrains with ease and precision.

Considering transportation convenience, the overall length of our 900mm dig depth trencher, with the crumber bar folded back, measures 2200mm. This feature allows for efficient storage and transportation as the trencher can be positioned width-wise across the back of a truck.

Please note that digging depths are calculated based on a 50° angle of the boom into the ground, not the boom length itself. This ensures accurate and efficient trenching operations.
